					<description>I just came across a very poignant verse, a succinct definition of &quot;eternal life&quot; from Jesus himself... It is in John 17:3:

&quot;Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.&quot;

&quot;Everything&quot; is not true. But absolute truth exists. And He can be known. In fact, that's the purpose of life.</description>
