Argh, take that you windmill! As a small update, my "account manager" at HC Credit suddenly got mad and hung up on me today after I asked her if she could remove the interest. Her coworker who I called back agreed that I was being quite nice, just that "Tammy's like that." I wish I could charge them an inefficiency fee to correspond with their fees...
