No photo of the missing shampoo is available, however an artist's rendering of what the shampoo may look like now appears at left. A computer has processed the image to account for the aging process of the bottle.
Bradley suggests keeping a recent photo of your shampoo in case something like this happens to you.
"I only wish I had kept photos of my shampoo as it aged. It's not that hard to click off a picture now and then, and not only does it save you heartache in an emergency like this, it provides you with precious memories at the same time"
